Đầu tiên, cho bánh quy vào bao nylon thực phẩm, nghiền nhuyễn, cho 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối vào rồi trộn đều.
Thịt gà rửa sạch, cắt thành từng miếng mỏng chừng 0,7 cm.
Đánh tan trứng với 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu.
Lần lượt nhúng các miếng gà qua trứng rồi áo đều qua lớp bánh quy.
Chuẩn bị một chảo dầu nóng, cho gà vào chiên đến khi gà chuyển màu vàng đều các mặt khoảng 3-4 phút. Sau đó, gắp gà ra rồi thấm cho ráo dầu.
Để chuẩn bị cho phần nước sốt: cho 1 muỗng canh dầu vào chảo, thêm 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm vào rồi phi thơm trong khoảng 1-2 phút. Lần lượt cho 800 ml sốt cà chua, 1/2 muỗng cà phê húng quế khô và 30g bơ vào, để sốt trên bếp ở lửa nhỏ thêm 8 phút nữa, vừa đun vừa khuấy đều.
Cho gà vào khay, rưới đều khoảng 1/3 phần sốt đã chuẩn bị lên gà, sau đó phủ phô mai parmesan lên rồi dùng giấy bạc đậy kín lại. Làm nóng lò ở 175 độ C rồi cho gà vào nướng trong 30 phút.
Sau khi nướng xong, lấy gà ra, cho phô mai mozzarella lên rồi cho trở lại vào lò nướng thêm 10 phút nữa.
Chuẩn bị một nồi nước sôi, thêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối rồi cho mì Ý vào trụng. Đến khi mì chín, vớt ra, để ráo nước.
Cho mì vào cùng với nước sốt rồi trộn đều.
Khi ăn, cho mì ra đĩa, đặt một miếng gà lên trên, rắc thêm ngò tây cắt nhỏ để ăn kèm. Mì spaghetti trộn với sốt sẽ rất đậm đà và hấp dẫn đấy!
