Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Trứng gà luộc chín rồi ngâm vào tô nước đá để dễ bóc vỏ. Thịt cua bạn có thể tự làm bằng cách luộc cua ở nhà hoặc mua cua đóng hộp nhé. Hành lá băm nhuyễn. Trứng gà bóc vỏ xong rồi cắt đôi, lấy phần lòng đỏ cho vào tô.
Nghiền nhuyễn lòng đỏ trứng gà và thịt cua bằng nĩa, sau đó cho sốt mayonnaise, kem phô mai, hành lá, muối, ớt bột (nếu bạn thích) vào rồi tiếp tục trộn đều cho hòa quyện. Múc phần hỗn hợp này trở lại phần lòng trắng trứng gà. Rắc hành lá băm lên mặt trứng.
Chỉ với một vài nguyên liệu đơn giản là bạn đã có ngay những cái trứng nghiền trộn thịt cua cùng sốt mayonnaise, sốt kem chua tuyệt ngon, vừa tiết kiệm lại vừa vừa an toàn cho bé tại nhà.
