Dâu tây là loại trái cây có vị chua chua, hình dáng đẹp mắt thường được chế biến thành thức uống, sinh tố, sữa chua và các món ăn khác nhau, nếu như dâu tây được kết hợp ngâm với rượu thì sẽ như thế nào nhỉ.
Dây tây rửa sạch, bỏ cuống, cắt làm 4. Có 2 cách làm rượu dâu, ở cách 1: Đường phèn đập nhuyễn, trộn đều với dâu tây, cho tất cả vào hủ, đổ rượu vào đậy kín. Sau 1 tháng bạn sẽ có rượu dâu thơm ngon.
Cách 2: Sên dâu và đường cho đường tan ngấm vào dâu, cho tất cả vào hủ, thêm rượu, đậy kín nắp. Với cách này sau 1 tuần bạn thu được rượu dâu ngon. Ở đây mình chọn cách 2 vì nhanh hơn nhiều.
Trong thời gian ngâm rượu, bạn nên chú ý lắc đều giúp rượu ngấm đều vào dâu, giúp lên men tốt hơn nhé. Rượu lên màu đẹp, miếng dâu có thể dễ dàng nghiền nát bằng muỗng là có thể dùng, lúc này bạn nên lọc lấy nước vào bảo quản trong tủ lạnh để giữ được lâu hơn nhé.
Rượu dâu có chỉ cần thêm vào vài viên đá là đã có thể thưởng thức. Nếu muốn sử dụng như nước giải khát, bạn nên thêm vào vài lát chanh, pha loãng với nước hoặc soda nhé.
