Trà sữa có nhiều loại, hôm trước mình làm thử trà sữa hương cacao thì hôm nay mình thử với hương trà xanh. Cách làm hạt trân châu tương tự chỉ khác ở mùi vị chính là trà xanh. Đây sẽ là một thức uống hấp dẫn nhiều bạn trẻ đấy.
Cho 1/2 muỗng canh bột gạo, 1.5 muỗng canh bột năng, 3 muỗng cà phê bột cacao vào 1 cái tô lớn. Đổ từ từ nước vào, khuấy đều (không đổ nhiều quá bột sẽ loãng). Nhào bột đến khi cục bột dẻo, mịn. Vo bột thành viên tròn nhỏ bằng đầu ngón tay. Đun sôi một nồi nước, khi nước sôi thì thả các viên trân châu này vào. Bột nổi lên thì vớt ra chén, để nguội. Muốn trân châu ngọt thì đun chút đường tan chảy áo vào trân châu (ăn đến đâu luộc đến đó. Luộc không hết bỏ ngăn đá bảo quản, tránh tình trạng luộc xong bỏ ngăn mát bị cứng.
Hòa tan bột trà xanh với 250ml nước, sữa đặc (có thể bỏ sữa đặc và thay thế nước bằng sữa tươi) tuỳ khẩu vị mỗi người. Đun sôi, để nguội, bỏ ngăn mát.
Cho trà sữa trà xanh ra ly. Khi uống chỉ việc cho hạt trân châu, đá viên vào, khuấy đều và thưởng thức ngay.
